Description
The role prepares accurate cost estimates for self-climbing platform systems used in high-rise construction projects. Responsibilities include analysing project requirements, material take-offs, labour costs, and vendor quotations; coordinating with design and engineering teams; monitoring unit costs; preparing costing breakdowns and client presentations; identifying cost risks and value-engineering opportunities; and supporting post-project reconciliation. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, 2–5 years of relevant cost-estimation experience, knowledge of self-climbing platforms, AutoCAD and MS Excel proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills.
