Description
Keoghs is hiring a Costs Negotiator for its Legacy, Abuse, Motor, Casualty, Marine, Clinical Negligence, and Professional Negligence risks team in Liverpool. The role manages an individual caseload from initial instruction through settlement, including costs strategy, dispute preparation, negotiation, client reporting, counsel instruction, conferences, detailed assessments, mediations, and court advocacy. It requires at least 12 months of experience in a similar costs negotiator role, a degree or LPC or ALCD, client liaison experience, detailed-assessment knowledge, and strong negotiation and communication skills.
