Sunset Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Boonville, New York. The role provides occupational therapy interventions under an Occupational Therapist’s supervision, supports resident assessments and treatment planning, monitors progress, documents care, educates residents and families, and participates in interdisciplinary and discharge planning activities. Applicants need an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant degree, a valid New York COTA license, and strong communication and documentation skills; skilled nursing facility experience is preferred. The position pays $25-$33 per hour depending on experience, includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and offers health, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
