Description
The Cottage Care Director plans, directs, and assists with staffing and service needs for a memory-care cottage. The role supervises and recruits MTs, CNAs, and other cottage staff; coordinates resident care plans, assessments, physician orders, medication administration, and person-centered activities; collaborates with resident care and executive leadership; and supports community events and marketing. The position requires an RN or LPN in good standing, experience or training with Alzheimer’s and memory-impaired residents, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to coordinate with medical providers and families.
