Copia Power is hiring a Counsel to support the development, construction, and operation of gigawatt-scale energy and digital infrastructure assets. The role partners with construction and procurement teams, oversees outside counsel on equipment supply, EPC, and logistics agreements, advises on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation, supports project-level transactions, manages post-execution compliance, and assists with legal operations. Candidates need a JD from an accredited law school, a current U.S. state license, at least five years of energy-industry experience, and the ability to work in Salt Lake City, Utah, at least three days per week.
