Counsel at K2 Space

K2 Space is hiring a Counsel to build and support its legal function during hyper-growth. The role will handle commercial contracts, procurement and supply-chain agreements, vendor and consulting contracts, purchase orders, NDAs, cap table support, document protocols, and other corporate matters. It requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, California State Bar membership, at least three years of relevant corporate law experience, and direct commercial contract and NDA experience. The position is based in Torrance, California, with a base salary of $170,000 to $230,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
