LA28 is hiring a Counsel to support the legal team on transactions and partnerships related to the Olympic and Paralympic Games, including venue and construction agreements, government and delivery-partner deals, confidentiality agreements, memorandums of understanding, and real estate documents. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts; managing legal risk; coordinating outside counsel; and advising senior management and business associates. It requires a Juris Doctor or five years of equivalent corporate and transactional legal experience, an active California bar license, and at least five years of transactional legal experience. The position is onsite in the Downtown Los Angeles office, with possible evening, weekend, and holiday work, and offers an annual base salary of $120,000 to $155,000.
