Description
Splitit is seeking an experienced counsel with a passion for payments, tackling regulatory issues, and supporting Splitit’s merchant and partner deals. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to our global business, sales, finance, and technology partners. The position involves drafting and negotiating domestic and international agreements, coordinating cross-functionally within Splitit to craft deal strategies and provide innovative advice for the business, and contributing broadly to global legal and regulatory matters at the intersection of technology, licensing, and payment/financial services.
