Counsel, Corporate Joint Ventures at PublicStorage

Public Storage is hiring a junior lawyer to join its Legal Department as Counsel, Corporate and Joint Ventures. The role supports joint ventures, the UPREIT operating partnership, corporate governance, SEC reporting, capital markets, strategic investments, M&A, contract review, legal research, due diligence, and outside counsel management. Candidates need a Juris Doctor, active California or Texas bar membership or eligibility for registered in-house counsel status, and 3–5 years of general corporate, securities, and/or M&A experience. The position requires in-person office work five days per week with up to three flexible remote days per month, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
