Emerald is hiring a Legal Counsel – EMEA to serve as the primary in-house legal resource across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, the role manages commercial contract review and negotiation, regional intellectual property filings, regulatory compliance, investigations, and brand protection. It is a fully remote position based in either the United Kingdom or Germany and requires UK or German legal qualification, authorization to work remotely, and 2–5+ years of post-qualification experience. The target compensation is €75,000–€85,000 plus bonus eligibility.
