CURE Children’s Hospital of Uganda is hiring a full-time, fixed-term Counseling Ministry Coordinator in Mbale, Uganda. Reporting to the Spiritual Ministry Director, the role develops and coordinates a Christ-centered counseling program for patients, caregivers, and co-workers; provides individual, family, and group counseling; assesses spiritual, emotional, and psychosocial needs; supports crisis and trauma responses; trains and mentors volunteers and interns; maintains confidential records; and prepares reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Christian Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, at least three years of experience in biblical counseling, trauma care, or psychosocial support, and preferred experience with children with disabilities or hospital settings.
