Onja is hiring a Counselling Education Program Lead in Toamasina, Madagascar, to build and design a comprehensive online counselling training program for absolute beginners. The role will create video lectures, learning activities, and course content; collaborate with licensed mental health professionals and subject-matter experts; ensure the curriculum meets industry standards; apply instructional design methods; and establish learner assessment criteria. Candidates must have active professional licensure or certification as a counsellor or mental health practitioner, a university degree in Counselling, and at least three years of mental health support or counselling practice experience.
