Pinnacle Treatment Centers is hiring an outpatient addiction treatment Counselor in Kokomo, Indiana, working onsite Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. and rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. The role provides orientation, assessments, crisis counseling, treatment-plan reviews, referrals, documentation, group counseling, drug screening, and participation in case conferences. Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Counselor qualifications are listed, with Tier 1 requiring a high school diploma or GED and APIT, ACIT I & II, and MATS; Tier 2 requiring a bachelor's degree and LAC, CADAC II-III, ICAC I & II, NCAC I & II, and LSW; and Tier 3 requiring a master's degree and LCAC, CADC IV & V, MAC, and an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT with MATS.
