Description
CNS is hiring a full-time Staff Counselor to provide therapy and guidance to patients and family members affected by traumatic brain injury. The role includes testing and evaluating patients, setting counseling goals and treatment plans, supporting family adjustment, conducting family therapy, and completing reporting procedures. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional weekend or night work, and the work is primarily at the clinic with occasional residential or community assignments. A master's degree and appropriate state licensure in a relevant counseling, therapy, social work, psychology, or rehabilitation field are required; two years of acute care or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
