Management & Training Corporation is hiring a Youth Counselor for its Charleston Job Corps Center in Charleston, West Virginia. The full-time role provides individual and group counseling, conducts assessments and interviews, maintains student records, supports students with personal and educational needs, coordinates referrals and problem cases, and recommends program modifications. The position pays $44,761 annually, works Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and requires a bachelor’s degree with 15 semester hours in social services-related instruction, one year of counseling or related experience, youth-counseling experience, communication and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.
