Pinnacle Treatment Centers is hiring a Counselor to provide individual and group counseling for patients with substance use disorders, collaborate on treatment plans, monitor progress, develop discharge and continuum-of-care plans, and maintain patient caseloads. The role requires an NJ Counseling license or active pursuit of one, along with a high school diploma or GED and additional credentials depending on the tier. Compensation is $18–$32 per hour based on licensure and experience, with benefits including performance bonuses, continuing education, paid time off, and clinical supervision.
