Pinnacle Treatment Centers is hiring Counselors I, II, and III for its Virginia clinical team. The role involves patient assessments, treatment planning, intake evaluations, group and individual counseling, crisis intervention, clinical documentation, referrals, drug screening, supervision, and regulatory compliance. Counselor I requires a bachelor's degree or qualifying CSAC credentials and eligibility for Virginia or nationally recognized certification; Counselor II requires a bachelor's degree and relevant counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy credentials; Counselor III requires a master's degree and active Virginia licensure such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LSATP. Pay ranges from $21.25 to $36.06 per hour depending on counselor tier.
