Description
The Counselor will support youths transitioning from a residential treatment center through the W.A.Y Aftercare Program by building relationships with youths and families, coordinating comprehensive community services, and collaborating with fair futures coaches, service providers, community members, and other stakeholders. The role uses Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as its clinical model and requires a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, strong computer and writing skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
