Arrowleaf is hiring a full-time Counselor (Crisis Worker) for its Crisis Response and Intervention Services program. The role provides 24/7 crisis response and intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, referrals, coordination with emergency services and other professionals, documentation, and team participation. It is scheduled primarily for nights and weekends, with some daytime calls, and requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, mental health professional qualification, registry clearance, background checks, First Aid and CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle liability insurance. The position is based at one of several Southern Illinois county offices and pays $46,232 to $67,267 annually.
