PRO RETINA Deutschland e. V. is hiring a part-time Counselor (m/f/d) in Weinheim, Rhein-Neckar-Kreis, starting at the earliest possible date and initially limited as sick leave coverage. The role provides independent counseling to people with and without disabilities, people at risk of disability, people with chronic illnesses, and their relatives on rehabilitation, participation, work, social benefits, and related topics; it also involves networking, research, documentation, presentations, and service development. The position requires a relevant degree or training, counseling skills, knowledge of participation-related topics, IT skills, a Class B driver’s license, and willingness for business travel and occasional evening or weekend appointments. The position is limited to 31 December 2029 and offers home-work options by agreement, vacation, training, supervision, and a multidisciplinary counseling network.
