Description
The Clinical Supervisor will supervise and support counselors and counselor interns providing treatment and casework services to patients in an outpatient substance abuse treatment setting. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, training, staffing, compliance reviews, treatment interventions, case conferences, chart and billing oversight, patient complaints, and coordination with the Clinic Director and Human Resources Manager. The role requires an LADC in Nebraska, a behavioral sciences degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of related counseling experience, and knowledge of methadone administration and treatment compliance.
