Hive Collective is hiring a Counter Associate for its Bakery & Cafe department. The role provides guest service at the bakery and grab-and-go counter, takes and enters food and beverage orders in a POS system, packages products, slices bread, prepares pastries, supports cashiers and servers during busy periods, and assists with evening dinner service. Duties also include maintaining counter cleanliness, opening and closing procedures, financial records, discounts and comps, sanitation and safety compliance, and product knowledge. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, while prior similar experience is beneficial but not required. The position pays $15.00 per hour and requires standing for 8–10 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and weekend/holiday flexibility.
