Acorn Insurance is hiring a Counter Fraud Claims Handler in Sevenoaks on a hybrid basis. The role manages and investigates a portfolio of suspect claims, assesses claims and referrals, coordinates investigative service suppliers, maintains accurate reserves and service levels, and ensures compliance with Treating Customers Fairly, GDPR, and FCA requirements. The position offers 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with a salary of £26,350 to £34,800 plus up to £2,000 in performance-related bonus per annum once established.
