Counter Fraud Claims Handler at Acorn Insurance

Acorn Insurance is hiring a Counter Fraud Claims Handler in Liverpool to investigate and manage a portfolio of suspect claims from cradle to grave. The role assesses claims and referrals, interprets intelligence, coordinates investigative service suppliers, manages investigations and reserves, and ensures compliance with customer-fairness, GDPR, and FCA requirements. It is a hybrid position with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, and a salary of £26,350 to £34,800 plus up to £2,000 in performance-related bonus per annum once established.
