Acorn Insurance is hiring a Counter Fraud Investigator in Sevenoaks on a hybrid basis. The role manages a portfolio of suspect claims from cradle to grave, assesses claims and referrals, interprets intelligence, coordinates investigative service suppliers, maintains accurate reserves and service levels, and ensures compliance with Treating Customers Fairly, GDPR, and FCA requirements. The position requires knowledge of motor insurance claims, portfolio management, investigative tools, negotiation, and customer service, and offers a salary of £26,350 to £34,800 plus up to £2,000 in performance-related bonus per annum.
