Counter Fraud Linked & Organised Litigated Handler at Davies

The NDA File Handler will manage a caseload of litigated Road Traffic Accident suspected-fraud files for insurance clients, working with claims handlers, fraud specialists, and a Lead Lawyer from litigation through case resolution. The role covers fraud types including bogus passengers, staged accidents, credit hire, MIB, and organised crime, and requires civil litigation, insurance litigation, advocacy, analytical, communication, and IT skills. It is a 35-hour-per-week position based primarily at the Bolton Parklands Office, with attendance at the office at least one day per week.
