DSG is hiring a full-time, hourly Electrical Counter/Inside Sales Associate in Watertown, South Dakota. The role supports electrical sales by handling customer orders, answering product inquiries, writing and following up on quotations, providing technical support, resolving customer-service issues, restocking and monitoring inventory, maintaining counter displays, and encouraging additional product sales. The position typically works from 8 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with possible schedule variation. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant college or technical training or field experience, strong customer-service and communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to lift 30–70 pounds.
