CAIA Cosmetics is hiring a Counter Manager in Munich to manage the performance of its counter, represent the brand, advise customers on makeup products, build a loyal customer community, and coordinate daily counter operations. The role requires extensive experience in stationary retail, preferably in beauty or premium retail, strong makeup expertise, a makeup artist or esthetician qualification, and excellent German skills. The position offers a full-time gross annual salary of 35,000 to 38,000 euros plus a performance-based annual bonus.
