Baker Distributing Company is hiring a Counter Sales Associate for one of its wholesale HVAC distributorships. The role represents the company at the sales counter, provides customer service, drives sales, handles showroom merchandising and re-stocking, assists with sourcing, shipping, inventory control, and warranty administration, and resolves customer complaints. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, HVAC wholesale distribution experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
