Baker Distributing Company is hiring a Counter Sales Associate for one of its wholesale HVAC distributorships. The role represents the company at the sales counter, provides customer service, drives sales, handles showroom merchandising and re-stocking, processes sales orders, sources and ships parts, maintains inventory and warranty records, and resolves customer issues. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of counter sales experience, HVAC knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 pounds.
