The Counter Sales Representative processes customer orders, recommends hose and fittings products, checks ERP availability and lead times, handles quotes and purchase orders, and mentors new counter-sales employees. The role requires hose and fittings product knowledge, basic mathematics, communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift heavy items and use warehouse machinery; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
