The Counter Sales Representative services business, industrial, and walk-in customers by picking and preparing pipe and wire orders, coordinating delivery, providing product information and demonstrations, maintaining counter stock, and preparing sales orders. The role requires strong customer service, communication, analytical, and computer skills, along with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and operate forklift equipment. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a two-year degree, sales experience, electrical product knowledge, and Eclipse and RF Scan knowledge are preferred.
