Description
Wolseley Canada is hiring a customer-facing counter sales and service employee for its wholesale plumbing, HVAC/R, waterworks, and industrial products business. The role serves as the first point of contact for customers, provides product information, responds in person, by phone, and by email, prepares small-order quotations, picks orders from the warehouse, researches products, verifies availability and scheduling, maintains customer and associate relationships, and supports counter stock and warehouse activities. Previous technical sales or customer service experience in wholesale or distribution is required, while HVAC and plumbing market knowledge and AS400 experience are assets.
