MANTECH is hiring a full-time Counterintelligence Officer for its Springfield, Virginia work location, with remote work options. The role conducts defensive counterintelligence operations, analyzes all-source information, forecasts threats, uses advanced analytical tools, coordinates with government and law enforcement, supports personnel security adjudications, and contributes to vulnerability mitigation, research and technology protection, and supply chain risk management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of counterintelligence experience, federal or DoD counterintelligence training, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility. The projected compensation range is $85,000 to $141,600, with health insurance and other benefits available.
