Grab is hiring a Country Controller for its Indonesia finance organization within the controllership department. The role focuses on financial reporting and compliance for lending, payment, and insurance businesses, including entity-level and management reporting, external regulatory reporting, audit finalization, credit-loss accounting, and stakeholder collaboration. The position reports to the Head, Country Controller and is onsite in Jakarta. Candidates need at least seven years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in banking, insurance, P2P lending, or multi-finance, along with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
