Shell is hiring a US Country Controller for its Reporting & Analysis (R&A) Controllers for Downstream & Renewables organization. The role leads financial reporting, statutory and regulatory compliance, SOX/ICFR controls, risk management, and transformation initiatives across 170+ legal entities and 150+ consolidated reporting units, while overseeing 5–10 direct reports. The position is based in Manila and requires professional accounting expertise, US GAAP and external audit experience, strong governance and stakeholder-management capabilities, and leadership experience.
