Description
KAYA is hiring a Country Director to lead its conservation and restoration operations in Angola, including building and managing the country’s operations, legal, finance, and human resources teams; overseeing project development; coordinating with the Co-founders and Berlin Head Office; liaising with government and public offices; and representing the organisation regionally. The role requires at least five years of experience leading environmental country or regional programmes, strong team and financial-planning experience, government relationship skills, English and Portuguese proficiency, and willingness to be based in Luanda or another mutually agreed location in Angola.
