Description
Ezra is hiring a Country Director to serve as the legally mandated principal officer for its licensed fintech operations in Botswana. The role leads regulatory and compliance matters, drives market adoption of digital lending products, owns the country P&L, oversees technology and data processes, manages key stakeholder relationships, and leads local operations and people management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of progressive experience in telecom or financial services, and at least 5 years in senior leadership within a regulated fintech, digital lending, telecom, or banking institution in Botswana.
