Gusti Leder is hiring full-time remote Country Managers for the Nordic, Polish, European expansion, Western and Southern European, Anglosphere, and Japanese markets. The role combines competitor and margin research, Shopify site-search and merchandising, funnel and checkout optimization, frontend and UX updates, local partnerships and influencer scouting, and localization of product pages. Candidates need Shopify Plus experience, search, keyword, reporting, and analytics tools, and smart use of AI; prior market experience is a plus.
