Novibet is looking for a Country Manager in Cyprus to lead their Commercial team's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the Cyprus P&L, developing and executing the annual commercial plan, translating group strategies into market-specific executions, monitoring performance, and overseeing various acquisition channels. They will also focus on brand narrative, CRM, VIP strategy, player retention, and acting as the market's voice to ensure product enhancements and regulatory compliance.
