1Password is hiring a Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand to establish and lead its next major international market. The role owns regional growth strategy, revenue performance, customer experience, and a local go-to-market team spanning Sales, Channel, Business Development, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success. It is a remote opportunity within Australia, with in-person onboarding in Toronto, and requires significant enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud, identity, or related technology leadership experience, including substantial experience in Australia and New Zealand. The role also involves building a channel-first growth engine, developing partners, serving as an executive sponsor, recruiting and developing the regional team, and representing 1Password across the ANZ market.
