Description
Swoop is hiring a full-time, in-person Country Manager for Eswatini in Mbabane, with relocation support. The role owns the country’s P&L, growth, operations, local strategy, partner relationships, team leadership, marketing, store acquisition, driver operations, and expansion into groceries and ridehailing. Candidates need at least two years of B2C management experience in food delivery, ridehailing, or marketplace platforms, plus two years of managerial business experience; a university degree is preferred but not strictly required. Compensation is USD 1,600–3,100 per month, with a performance bonus and guaranteed equity.
