Description
Swoop is hiring a full-time, in-person Country Manager for Eswatini in Mbabane, with relocation support. The role owns the country’s P&L, growth, operations, budget, KPIs, local strategy, partner relationships, marketing, store acquisition, driver operations, and the introduction of new super-app services. It requires at least two years of B2C management experience in food delivery, ridehailing, or marketplace platforms, plus two years of managerial business experience; a university degree is preferred but not strictly required. Compensation is USD 1,600–3,100 per month, with a performance bonus and guaranteed equity.
