Description
Swoop is hiring a full-time, in-person Country Manager for Eswatini in Mbabane, with relocation support. The role owns the country’s P&L, growth, operations, budget, KPIs, local strategy, partner relationships, marketing, store acquisition, driver operations, and the introduction of new super-app services. It requires at least two years of B2C management experience in food delivery, ridehailing, or marketplace platforms, two years of managerial business experience, strong English communication, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment. Compensation is USD 1,600–3,100 per month plus a performance bonus and equity.
