Country Manager Expansion & Growth – Italy (m/w/d) at Peter Park

Peter Park is hiring a Country Manager Italy to lead the company’s market entry and growth strategy, own the P&L and operational KPIs, build and scale the local organization, drive sales across municipal, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and transport sectors, manage tenders and public procurement, and retain customers. The role requires several years of senior leadership experience in the Italian B2B environment, familiarity with mobility, smart city, SaaS, or real estate, and native Italian with business-fluent German. It is a permanent, 100% remote position within Italy with approximately 50% travel, a 40-hour trust-based schedule, and a team of two colleagues.
