tarte™ Cosmetics is hiring a Country Manager | Iberia to lead commercial growth and field excellence across Spain and Portugal. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – South EU, the role owns territory sales performance, brand ranking, SES and SET team leadership, strategic event planning, budget and forecasting, retail talent recruitment, retail partnerships, stock optimization, merchandising, and market analysis. The position requires at least five years of cosmetics retail, sales, or artistry experience, a record of measurable sales growth, multi-store territory and freelance-team management experience, event and brand-education expertise, and fluency in English and Spanish.
