Description
SecurityScorecard is hiring a Country Manager, Japan to build and scale its commercial presence in Japan. The role owns new-ARR quota, pipeline generation, channel development, deal execution, forecasting, and go-to-market planning for enterprise, financial-services, insurance, and public-sector opportunities across self-monitoring and third-party risk management use cases. The manager will recruit and coach Japan-based sales hires, coordinate with global Customer Success and Solutions Engineering, and represent Japan market needs to Product, Marketing, Legal, and leadership. The position requires at least seven years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience in Japan, strong Japanese and business-level English, and willingness to travel within Japan and periodically to APAC or US headquarters. Compensation is estimated at $230,000–$275,000 USD in base plus bonus, with stock options and other benefits.
