Description
The Country Manager for the Philippines will lead Solarvest’s renewable energy business in the Philippines, owning the country’s P&L, revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. The role develops market strategy and new business opportunities, builds relationships with government agencies, utilities, financial institutions, suppliers, contractors, and corporate clients, manages regulatory and permitting processes, oversees project development and operations, and recruits and develops a local team. Candidates need at least seven years of managerial or senior leadership experience, preferably in renewable energy or related infrastructure, with demonstrated P&L ownership, stakeholder management, and regulatory experience; a bachelor’s degree and proficiency in English and Filipino are required, while an MBA is preferred.
