Description
The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change is hiring a Country Security Manager (CSM) for Ukraine to serve as the principal in-country security adviser. Based in Kyiv, the role supports the Country Director and global Operational Capability and Duty of Care functions through security risk management, preparedness, business continuity, incident coordination, staff briefings, exercises, and external-network coordination. The position requires at least five years of relevant security risk-management experience, including experience in a volatile or conflict-affected environment, and proficiency in English at CEFR B2 or equivalent. The role is locally based in Kyiv and does not provide mobilisation exemption, reservation, or deferment.
