Description
County Caseworker II is a social casework role in a public children and youth services agency. The position provides case management, counseling, protective and supportive services to children, adults, and families; develops and monitors service plans; connects clients with community resources; collaborates with agencies, hospitals, clinics, and courts; prepares court documents and testimony; and maintains case records. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or qualifying casework/intern experience, strong interviewing, documentation, communication, organization, legal and policy interpretation skills, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, and access to an insured vehicle.
